By far my favourite brewery. Every beer is a winner 🏆

My go to brewer, in the top three for the IPA/NEIPA brews in the UK, up there with Verdant and Deya. Only gripe is that the brewery isn't closer to home.

Not only is Polly’s beer the best craft beer I’ve ever sampled (and I’ve tried a lot), the guys are super friendly and helpful. Picked up from the brewery today and as I went to leave my van wouldn’t start. Now, the idea of being trapped at a brewery did appeal, but it’s Christmas time and I had stuff to do. 3 of the team came out to help me, and got me going. Thanks so much guys, cheers!

My Son Dan is a regular at this place...he adores their ales. He totally recommends this place to anyone and everyone....and on the odd occasion he has allowed me tbe odd sip they have all been very tasty so I recommend them too. x

You won't find such a wonderful choice of quality IPA's and Pale ales anywhere in the UK- great brewery and my No 1 go too - always

Love this brewery excellent beer. Recommend all as never disappointed and can be purchases locally from mold ale house

Tried today and it was gorgeous friendly staff and food was plentiful and flavoursome I had the Gochujang peach Burrata no stinginess on what was on the plate had a side order of streaky bacon (£2) and again plentiful. It was nice to have something different but the full breakfast looked lovely too! Can’t comment on coffee as I just had iced water which was help yourself at the bar. Will definitely come again
