They offered me a complimentary voucher, which I used to order a 12-pack "Build Your Own Case." The new selection of beers I received was outstanding. Each one was a testament to the craft and attention to detail that Polly's Brew Co is known for. The Mosaic Haze, in particular, was back to its brilliant best – bursting with tropical fruit flavors, a balanced bitterness, and a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel. The rest of the beers in my custom case were equally impressive, showcasing a range of styles and flavors that highlight the brewery’s versatility and commitment to excellence. Polly's Brew Co turned a disappointing experience into an opportunity to reaffirm my faith in their products and their customer care. I am thoroughly impressed and very happy with the quality and taste of the beers I purchased. Excellent pale ales and IPAs. Cloudy, juicy and hoppy as I like them. Customer service is also very good.

Not only is Polly’s beer the best craft beer I’ve ever sampled (and I’ve tried a lot), the guys are super friendly and helpful. Picked up from the brewery today and as I went to leave my van wouldn’t start. Now, the idea of being trapped at a brewery did appeal, but it’s Christmas time and I had stuff to do. 3 of the team came out to help me, and got me going. Thanks so much guys, cheers!

2022 and Pollys are on fire, knocking out some massive beers at reasonable ABV's. Great gear.

My go to brewer, in the top three for the IPA/NEIPA brews in the UK, up there with Verdant and Deya. Only gripe is that the brewery isn't closer to home.

Really impressed with how easy the site was to use and also how efficient delivery was. Updates were clear and accurate throughout and beer arrived within a few days.... Oh and its delicious!

Excellent IPAs. Check the website as they change Recipes every week. Not cheap, but they are worth every single penny.

If you like big, juicy, and modern beers (and occasionally something else) look no further than Polly's. New beers all the time, but they sell out fast, so get 'em while you can.

My Son Dan is a regular at this place...he adores their ales. He totally recommends this place to anyone and everyone....and on the odd occasion he has allowed me tbe odd sip they have all been very tasty so I recommend them too. x

Excellent beers and you can buy direct from the boys if you drop them a line beforehand. I can't say I've been a fan of all the hoppy and bitter new wave IPAs that are currently en vogue but Loka have nailed producing flavourfull beers with low bitterness. The new "cassie" imperial stout is also a smack in palate - in a good way!
