EXTRA PALE ALE | 4.2% | AZACCA, CITRA, SIMCOE - Sometimes you just want a beer that is mega sessionable. Our Core pale ale is delicious, hazy juicebomb of a beer, balanced with enough bitterness to keep drinkers coming back for more. A baby version of our incredibly popular Spur IPA - Floret is positively bursting at the seams with peach, mango, and pineapple notes, backed up with pithy orange peel from its Citra, Simcoe and Azacca hop bill.

PALE ALE | 5.8% | CITRA, SABRO - Our last collaboration before the 2020 lockdown with our super pals over at Big Mountain Brewing, and a surefire cult favourite takes its rightful place as the pale ale showing for our new Icons range. We've revisited this beer several times over its lifespan, and originally our first foray into using everybody's new favourite hype hop Sabro in one of our beers, we're now world-weathered in the little quirks and idiosyncrasies of this incredible varietal. Amplified up to the max, Sabro brings a metric tonne of sweet, creamy, pineapple and coconut notes before being reeled in by an in-house Polly's favourite in Citra to keep everything balanced. Named for a truly terrible George Takei impression, this beer will literally make you say "...Oh my!".

PALE ALE (GLUTEN FREE) | 5.0% | CHINOOK, IDAHO 7, MOSAIC - We never like to have to exclude anyone from enjoying the experience of a Polly’s beer. We had it in mind that bringing a gluten-free beer to our output was the sensible thing to do for what felt like an eternity, and thanks to advancements in our brewing technology we’re delighted to bring Pine to the Polly’s party. Wrapped up in the style that we know and trust best, this pale ale encapsulates everything we’ve grown our reputation to over the last six years, but safe for those with an intolerance to the products in our regular output. Not cutting any corners here, we’ve brought Mosaic Spectrum, Idaho 7 and Chinook to the dance on this beer to create a pale ale positively bursting with tropical, pineapple and clean pine notes.

PALE ALE | 4.5% | CITRA, EL-DORADO, WAI-ITI - If we've said it once, we’ve said it a thousand times - in a world of soupy, pulpy juicebombs, sometimes there ain’t nothing more relaxing than just a simple, clean, crisp pale ale. In anticipation of our birthday beers next month, in which everyone will be saturating themselves with ultra-decadent beers, we’ve decided to go back to square one and create something a little more on the sessionable side of things; something that we can go back to again and again without having to worry about our heads the next morning. Featuring two hop varietals that have wowed us throughout 2025 in Citra, El Dorado and Wai-Iti, this beer bursts with the usual Polly’s checklist - tropical, juicy, and sweet vibes from those potent US and NZ varietals, but much more balanced and approachable thanks to the pithy citrus, orange peel and lemon notes brought to the table by Citra.

PALE ALE | 4.1% | NELSON SAUVIN BLISS - There’s a common misconception when it comes to the more sessionable pale ales; that because of the lower ABV we have to sacrifice flavour intensity, or that we use lesser hops in the more sessionable end of the brewing spectrum. This couldn’t be further from the truth and Infinite Source is a gleaming example of this in action. Fresh cropped Nelson Sauvin would be enough to qualify for this on its own, but we’re never ones to do things by half here at Polly’s. Featuring the Bliss blend exclusive to Freestyle Hops, this incredibly high-alpha variety features a blend of late and early harvested Nelson Sauvin to maximise tropical intensity, and bring all those gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes fully to the party. The result is a robust, dank and complex hop-forward beer that punches way above its ABV.

PALE ALE | 5.0% | ENIGMA, GALAXY, MOSAIC, CITRA - By far our most well-regarded and well known beer, we've challenged ourselves to bring all the incredible flavour notes, mouthfeel, and aroma of our headline beer down to a palatable and sessionable 5%.

Never ones to turn down a challenge, the brew team have knocked it out of the park with this baby version of our favourite beer to brew, bar none.

Featuring a fully reeled back 20kg hop bill of Mosaic, Enigma and Citra, and wrapped up in a big warm hug of our bespoke LA3 yeast strain, this beer, much like its bigger sibling blooms with a bouquet of all things dank and juicy but at a sensible and sessionable ABV.

PALE ALE | 4.3% | MOUTERE, AMARILLO, MOSAIC - Slap it on our chest, brand us with it, we’re settling more and more into our status as a modern day UK juice slinger. What do you do then when you have a four way of some of the most hype-heavy hops free to use with gay abandon in a beer? You go full Polly’s hog and create a full-on, maxed out, amped up modern hop-forward IPA that even before its release is being renowned in the brewhouse as one of the best beers we’ve ever brewed. With a hop bill representing three of the most renowned hop-producing countries on the planet, we’ve brought an all-US lineup of Idaho-7, Mosaic, Simcoe and Strata to create our most pillowy soft, juicy, and tropical IPA to date. Expect passionfruit sweetness, gooseberry zing, and soft peach notes a-plenty, backed up with just a whisper of citrus rind bitterness and dank cannabis smoke in this bulldozer of a beer.

PALE ALE | 5.0% | CITRA, COLUMBUS, SIMCOE - The original version of Nada was a phenomenon with drinkers when we first brewed it in 2019; its high juice, low bitterness flavour profile directly inspired by the American haze craze brewers we absolutely love so much.

Much like Spur, Patternist, Rosa et al, we've revisited again here with the express intent of bringing all that flavour intensity down to a sessionable strength, this baby version of an in-house favourite is tasting absolutely incredible.

Bringing the big hitters to the table with a metric tonne of Citra, Columbus and Simcoe in the dry hop, expect a swag bag full of dank and tropical hop notes - think tangerine, ripe passionfruit, and mango complimented by a mellow piney bitterness running throughout. An awesome riff on a Polly's classic.

PALE ALE | 5.5% | MOSAIC, MOTUEKA - There’s just a little something about our pale ales once they reach that 5.5% mark that hits a little different. Bold and bright enough, with enough punchy hop character to compete with our IPAs, but not at a strength that’ll make us regret having a couple the following morning. We don’t know what it is, but they just have that certain…va va voom?

Look North is our latest entry into this category, and it pulls no punches in the flavour department - utilising a cornerstone hop in Mosaic to lay a foundation of underlying pithy bitterness, before a cold side addition of even more Mosaic and NZ titan Motueka bring a sun drenched bright citrus layer of flavour before an all out tropical wave of mango, pineapple and bubblegum sweetness takes the lead.
