Our DDH Pales are definitely what we feel are one of our most underrated styles. Often getting lost amongst their bigger, brasher IPA and DIPA siblings, we really dig that we can pull all the flavour out of one of our bigger beers and drop it into a more sessionable strength. The aptly named Hop Foil, perfectly encapsulates everything we love about these suped-up, mega hoppy sessionable beers. Featuring an all-South Pacific hop bill of Galaxy in the whirlpool for just a hint of bitterness, and even more Galaxy and an in-house favourite Nectaron in the dry hop, this is a beer that bursts with bold pineapple, passionfruit and peach, with just a little hint of orange peel and diesel complexity on the back end, all reeled back to an easygoing 5.6%; perfect for enjoying a couple of schooners in the pub with pals.
