Upon reaching out, I was informed that there had been a problem with that particular batch. The team at Polly's Brew Co not only acknowledged the issue but went above and beyond to rectify it. They offered me a complimentary voucher, which I used to order a 12-pack "Build Your Own Case." The new selection of beers I received was outstanding. Each one was a testament to the craft and attention to detail that Polly's Brew Co is known for. The Mosaic Haze, in particular, was back to its brilliant best – bursting with tropical fruit flavors, a balanced bitterness, and a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel. The rest of the beers in my custom case were equally impressive, showcasing a range of styles and flavors that highlight the brewery’s versatility and commitment to excellence. 2022 and Pollys are on fire, knocking out some massive beers at reasonable ABV's. Great gear.

My go to brewer, in the top three for the IPA/NEIPA brews in the UK, up there with Verdant and Deya. Only gripe is that the brewery isn't closer to home.

Brasserie Polly's – Une perle galloise de la craft beer. Clairement dans mon top 3 européen. Chaque bière est une réussite : savoureuse, maîtrisée, toujours bien équilibrée. Les amateurs de houblon doivent absolument découvrir leurs créations. Un must !

Not only is Polly’s beer the best craft beer I’ve ever sampled (and I’ve tried a lot), the guys are super friendly and helpful. Picked up from the brewery today and as I went to leave my van wouldn’t start. Now, the idea of being trapped at a brewery did appeal, but it’s Christmas time and I had stuff to do. 3 of the team came out to help me, and got me going. Thanks so much guys, cheers!
