Although we will always tread our pale and hoppy path as the focus of the brewery first and foremost, we’re deeply aware that to become the best brewery we possibly can be, we need to be adaptable to styles beyond the very narrow spectrum of just hops and ABVs.
With the arrival of our Pilot Kit toward the back end of the last year we knew that the priority with this equipment would be to flex our brewing knowledge, and try styles we were unfamiliar with on a smaller scale.
A passion project of our brewer Tom, Summer Crush is a Wheat-led pale with pure sunshine trapped in a glass. Eshewing the new school, we’ve taken this beer back to classic territory with the addition of Indian coriander seeds, Valencia Spanish orange peel, Organic Chamomile flowers, and just a whisper of Hallertau Mittelfruh for a floral bitterness.
