We’ve consistently been asked throughout our existence here at Polly’s the question of what makes our beers uniquely ours, and different to everyone else. Whether it was those early brews all the way up to the present day, we’ve always maintained that our lack of fear in showcasing the less than sexy hops in our beers, and paying homage to the brewers without whom we wouldn’t exist is a massive part in the equation, and this policy is on show in Static Art. We’re embracing our status as a modern day juice slinger on this beer, with a massive addition of Citra and Mosaic in their Lupomax forms to rinse every single drop of flavour out of these cornerstone hops and showcase modern technology from our hop merchants, all the while a hot side addition of classic C hop Centennial brings a delicious hum of bitterness throughout that keeps everything balanced and in check.
