Wanting to re-ignite the age old debate that always followed these beers of whether it’s a stout or a Black IPA (it’s a stout, seriously), we’ve dipped our toes back into the world of the dark side, and hopped this India Stout with a gentle cold side addition of Galaxy to offset a hearty hot side addition of the same varietal to add a classic Polly’s hoppy bite to all those amazing roasted barley flavours.
Expect a swag bag of bitter, piney and resinous hops paired up with coffee, chocolate and smokey notes for a beer that is as complex as it is delicious.

Had a fabulous brunch on Thursday. Great bottle of Spanish wine. Lovely & clean, helpful staff & great food. Looking forward to trying the small plates next.
Tried today and it was gorgeous friendly staff and food was plentiful and flavoursome I had the Gochujang peach Burrata no stinginess on what was on the plate had a side order of streaky bacon (£2) and again plentiful. It was nice to have something different but the full breakfast looked lovely too! Can’t comment on coffee as I just had iced water which was help yourself at the bar. Will definitely come again
Visited for the first time today & will definitely be back. Highly recommend the steak & eggs, plus the coffee was perfect too. Great new asset to Mold!
Went for the 1st time on Saturday. Absolutely lovely place. Honestly felt like I was somewhere other than Mold! friendly staff.
Went in for Sunday Lunch today. Very very good Sunday Lunch. We had all 4 starters between us and then had 4 Roast Sirloin Dinners. Plenty of veg as well as a good sized Yorkshire Pud. Drinks were very good. I was given two to taste as I wanted a light IPA but they had two! Service was great. We were sat in the window in the sun at first but asked to move as the sun was roasting. We were quickly moved to a seat that didn't have us roasting!! Superb... Will visit again soon.
Brasserie Polly's – Une perle galloise de la craft beer. Clairement dans mon top 3 européen. Chaque bière est une réussite : savoureuse, maîtrisée, toujours bien équilibrée. Les amateurs de houblon doivent absolument découvrir leurs créations. Un must !
Polly’s Social provides a great experience, an extensive list of beverages and fantastic food. Tried the small plates which were bursting with flavours and great value for money. I would definitely recommend the Enchanted Spritz! The atmosphere is the best in Mold and can’t wait to visit here again!
Amazing food, great range of drinks, lovely staff and great atmosphere. We have tried the small plates menu and then came back for the Sunday dinner and everything we ate was insanely tasty! Definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!
TATTOO CULTURE MOTUERE MOUNTAIN IPA 6.6% The label got me very excited for the drink I saw it in the fridge and thought ummmm why not. Well, let me tell you I would’ve not tried it If I knew what I know now. It taste like antibacterial/mango, that’s gone mouldy. And it leaves a nasty aftertaste on the throat. I am extremely disappointed in this drink. They say don’t judge a book by its cover so I didn’t and I got kicked in me arse. #drinkbudwiserinstead
Tried many IPAs and craft beers, none come close to this brand. The Floret and Rosebud are my favourites. Honestly. Try it!!!
Another amazing set from Polly's great customer service as always and even better packaging now aswell alot more compacts so less chance of damage. I highly recommend these guys never fail to impress i have one happy hubby for Fathers day

I always try to support local / small brewers. tried Polly’s on the off chance.great design on the cans and the read up on the beers all sounded great. I bought the large mixed start of summer pack to sample- I think. I was very impressed with the hazy beers. This is a quality product. You won’t be disappointed- think I’m going to order some more. I would love to try one of draft sometime.
Fantastic beers all round I havnt yet tried one I dont like. Pollys definitely in my top 2 of craft ale breweries in the world. A real credit to the brewers they are stunning.
I’ve been drinking Polly’s since the name change and I still haven’t had a bad beer from them yet. The worst have been good and some have been superb. My top 5 beers ever have 2 from Polly’s in! The variety is difficult to keep up with which makes it interesting to try so many new combos. Great job everyone involved.
Excellent pale ales and IPAs. Cloudy, juicy and hoppy as I like them. Customer service is also very good.
I would like to give pollys brewery a 5 star review. their beers are absolutely amazing👍 I also recently made a purchase through their website. I had a few problems with my delivery. They were extremely quick and very helpful in resolving all of the problems. I can't recommend this company enough. Amazing!

Not only is Polly’s beer the best craft beer I’ve ever sampled (and I’ve tried a lot), the guys are super friendly and helpful. Picked up from the brewery today and as I went to leave my van wouldn’t start. Now, the idea of being trapped at a brewery did appeal, but it’s Christmas time and I had stuff to do. 3 of the team came out to help me, and got me going. Thanks so much guys, cheers!
EXCELLENT customer service. Problem sorted - thanks! I placed an order for some cans of beer for me and some for a friend for Christmas. They arrived promptly - but the box was badly damaged, with holes punched on 2 sides. When I opened the box I found almost half of the cans had been dented - some quite badly. After contacting Polly's and sending pictures of the box / cans they immediately sent replacement cans and one new can for me to try. Well done Polly's and Thank you!!!
Excellent IPAs. Check the website as they change Recipes every week. Not cheap, but they are worth every single penny.
2022 and Pollys are on fire, knocking out some massive beers at reasonable ABV's. Great gear.
My go to brewer, in the top three for the IPA/NEIPA brews in the UK, up there with Verdant and Deya. Only gripe is that the brewery isn't closer to home.
Really impressed with how easy the site was to use and also how efficient delivery was. Updates were clear and accurate throughout and beer arrived within a few days.... Oh and its delicious!
If you like big, juicy, and modern beers (and occasionally something else) look no further than Polly's. New beers all the time, but they sell out fast, so get 'em while you can.

My Son Dan is a regular at this place...he adores their ales. He totally recommends this place to anyone and everyone....and on the odd occasion he has allowed me tbe odd sip they have all been very tasty so I recommend them too. x

Recently ordered from Pollys for the first time. I tried one of their beers at a local micropub a while ago and it was beautiful so I had to try some more. I wasn't disappointed. ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the beer was superb. ill definitely be ordering again, and hopefully if the pubs ever re-open I can maybe get some on tap again 😁
