Strong enough to retain all that incredible mouthfeel, but sessionable enough to smash pints of.

INDIA PALE ALE | 6.5% | TALUS, CITRA (LUPOMAX,BBC), SIMCOE, SABRO - When we said 2026 would be the year we were really reclaim our hype credentials and rattle the branches to bring ourselves back up into the conversation of the best hop-forward producers in the UK, we really weren’t lying. We’ve set a pretty good path so far but we’re not done yet, and we continue on with Shapes of Dreams. Coming in at that magic 6.5% ABV where everything just works so well in tandem with one another, we’ve set the foundations of this beer off with a hearty hot side addition of Citra BBC pellets; specifically designed for hot side usage and bringing a bright, zippy bitterness to proceedings. Layered on top of this we’ve brought a four way dance of varieties that are massive in-house favourites here at Polly’s. Talus hits with a smack of pink grapefruit to accentuate the undercurrent of bitterness, before Citra Lupomax, Simcoe and Sabro bring ultra juicy citrus, stonefruit, and tropical notes to the party.

OATCREAM IPA | 6.3% | SABRO, CASHMERE, MOTUEKA, LACTOSE - Easily our favourite thing about the last year at Polly’s is discovering and refining Oat Cream IPAs into our output. A style that started as an experiment in our taproom Polly’s Social has developed into a full blown hype machine and fans of our beers clamour for the next release each time we drop them. With Luxe, we wanted to intentionally accentuate that creaminess with the hops we used, hence the introduction of Sabro and Cashmere to the cold side - both bringing those incredibly unique coconut vibes in abundance, with bold juicy flavours of peach, tangerine and pineapple to boot. We’re incredibly conscious of balance when it comes to these beers though - veer too much into the sweet territory and the beer becomes cloying and too much, so we’ve levelled Luxe out with a generous helping of NZ titan Motueka to impart some zippy lime and slight herbal notes. A delightfully decadent and delicious beer, and a step further on in our Oat Cream game.

BLOCK DRIFT | 6.1% | LUMINOSA, STRATA, NELSON SAUVIN - We’ve said it before, but there really is something about a Polly’s IPA that clocks in at 6.1%. Ever since those early days when we created that insane first Citra Simcoe IPA as Loka Polly, all the way through to today, we’ve lost count of how many staff favourites clock in at this ABV and there can’t be a coincidence in it. With Block Drift, we went all in with the brief and decided to go with one thing and one thing alone - the absolute freshest, hype-forward hops we could possibly pack into a beer in one go. Bags and bags of Luminosa, Strata and Nelson Sauvin are jam-packed into this IPA and it tells in the finished product - positively dripping with a metric tonne of peach-mango lemonade, candied oranges, papaya, strawberry, crushed gooseberries and just a hint of dank cannabis smoke.

INDIA PALE ALE | 6.2% | GALAXY, BRU-1, EL DORADO - We don’t tend to venture into the stronger end of the IPA game too often but when we do, oh boy do we smash it out of the park. Stay See was originally brewed two years ago but it always felt like one we could have done so much more with - the 2025 iteration of this banger of an IPA brings all that extra experience and applies it to the max. With an assignment that solely reads “JUICE!” our brewers have brought the freshest crops of Galaxy, Bru-1 and El Dorado to create a kaleidoscope of tropical punchbowl flavour. Expect tangerines, fresh cut pineapple, bubblegum sweetness, and passionfruit atop fluffy, pillowy oats for a silky, balls to the wall IPA that showcases where we are as a brewery at eight years old.

WEST COAST IPA | 6.9% | CASCADE, CHINOOK, CITRA, COLUMBUS - For the longest time we’ve been like ships passing in the night with the annual hop selection that our hop merchants extend an invite out to only the best and most exciting brewers they work with every year. The first time we were invited in 2020, the world stopped in its tracks, and since then it’s been a series of unfortunate events preventing us from attending. Not this year however. In late 2025, just in time for the harvest, our very own Lally jetted out to Washington to personally select our hops from Barth Haas for the following twelve months - four varieties of which are utilised on this beer, made in collaboration with our friends Brew York, out on the same trip to pick their own varieties from the same merchant. Given we were on the west coast, it felt silly not to kick it as old school as physically possible with a turbocharged West Coast IPA hopped exclusively with C hops to hark back to the breweries we wouldn’t exist without today. Crisp, clean, bitter, and dangerously drinkable.

OATCREAM IPA | 6.1% | VANILLA, LACTOSE, EL DORADO, TALUS - We’re really taking our Oat Cream beers seriously this year. Like, really seriously. After an initial trial throughout the back end of 2025 that yielded some of the best beers we’ve ever produced, we’re going headfirst into our first full year producing these incredible beers that have a firm nod to the American haze craze brewers that inspired us to brew in the first place, with a thoroughly Polly’s twist. Valiant Deeds takes the concept and runs with it with gusto. A higher than usual amount of oats in the grist brings a delightful fluffiness to the mouthfeel of this beer, backed up with freshly scraped madagascan vanilla and a dose of lactose to bring up the sweetness to juuuust the right amount, before a dry-hop bill of in-house favourites El Dorado and Talus impart jelly-tots, pear drops, pink grapefruit and just a hint of herbal complexity to complete this banger of an IPA

DOUBLE IPA | 8.0% | SUPERDELIC CRYO, NECTARON, LUMINOSA, DOLCITA LUPOMAX - A strange flip has happened since those glory days of covid when everyone was chinning cans of DIPA in their back gardens. The demand was consistently for the strongest, the hoppiest, the most hype-forward and boy did we fill our boots. That wave might have hit a crest and broken now but we’re still of the opinion that when we break out a DIPA it’s go big or go home. Within Reason takes this mindset and runs with it full force - classic pillowy soft Polly’s DIPA body with an intense dry hop charge utilising only the freshest and hype driven hops we can get our hands on. Supercharged with in house favourite Nectaron, Luminosa, Cryo Superdelic and Dolcita Lupomax, this huge beer is dripping with super soft peach, coconut, and passionfruit notes, paired with boiled sweets, cream, and raspberries before an bright whisper of citrus peel bitterness balances things.
