We’re in pretty much universal agreement here at Polly’s HQ that we’ve nailed our Oat Cream IPA game here, and we’re constantly looking at ways of keeping it fresh, exciting and our fans clamouring back for more. For our latest iteration Hover State, we figured why not treat this style to a single hop showcase with hops that we picked ourselves no less! The freshest possible Mosaic, tailored to our preferences is positively singing from the rooftops on this showcase IPA – super-ripe fleshy mango, passionfruit and pineapple are at the forefront of this beer, with more subtle notes of tangerine and blueberries in the background. With fresh, handscraped vanilla to accentuate those sweet fruit flavours, and a dosing of lactose to up the fluffiness, this is a decadent, luxurious treat of an IPA, and further showcases how well we’ve taken to this style in the last year.
