Break on Through brings the usual T90 punch from Citra and Galaxy, but with a flourish of Cryo Simcoe – an ultra potent and concentrated version of one of our favourite hops, bringing a fruit salad of bright guava, pineapple and passionfruit, with soft notes of apricot and peach, before balancing out with a deep earthy resinous bitterness for balance.
