Absolute masters of the IPA

I recently had an experience with Polly's Brew Co that exemplifies both their dedication to quality and their exceptional customer service. Initially, I encountered an issue with their Mosaic Haze – the taste was not up to the usual high standards I have come to expect from Polly's. Upon reaching out, I was informed that there had been a problem with that particular batch. The team at Polly's Brew Co not only acknowledged the issue but went above and beyond to rectify it. They offered me a complimentary voucher, which I used to order a 12-pack "Build Your Own Case." The new selection of beers I received was outstanding. Each one was a testament to the craft and attention to detail that Polly's Brew Co is known for. The Mosaic Haze, in particular, was back to its brilliant best – bursting with tropical fruit flavors, a balanced bitterness, and a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel. The rest of the beers in my custom case were equally impressive, showcasing a range of styles and flavors that highlight the brewery’s versatility and commitment to excellence. Polly's Brew Co turned a disappointing experience into an opportunity to reaffirm my faith in their products and their customer care. I am thoroughly impressed and very happy with the quality and taste of the beers I purchased. Went in for Sunday Lunch today. Very very good Sunday Lunch. We had all 4 starters between us and then had 4 Roast Sirloin Dinners. Plenty of veg as well as a good sized Yorkshire Pud. Drinks were very good. I was given two to taste as I wanted a light IPA but they had two! Service was great. We were sat in the window in the sun at first but asked to move as the sun was roasting. We were quickly moved to a seat that didn't have us roasting!! Superb... Will visit again soon.

My go to brewer, in the top three for the IPA/NEIPA brews in the UK, up there with Verdant and Deya. Only gripe is that the brewery isn't closer to home.

Excellent IPAs. Check the website as they change Recipes every week. Not cheap, but they are worth every single penny.

Excellent pale ales and IPAs. Cloudy, juicy and hoppy as I like them. Customer service is also very good.

My Son Dan is a regular at this place...he adores their ales. He totally recommends this place to anyone and everyone....and on the odd occasion he has allowed me tbe odd sip they have all been very tasty so I recommend them too. x

Brasserie Polly's – Une perle galloise de la craft beer. Clairement dans mon top 3 européen. Chaque bière est une réussite : savoureuse, maîtrisée, toujours bien équilibrée. Les amateurs de houblon doivent absolument découvrir leurs créations. Un must !
