Shipping Information

All webstore orders are dispatched using DHL’s next working day delivery service. DHL divides the UK into three shipping zones. Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Zone A/B (Mainland UK): £6.99

    • Exceptions: Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly are charged at £15.49

  • Zone C (Northern Ireland): £9.49

  • Zone D (Isles and Highlands): £20.99

In line with DHL’s zoned pricing structure, our free shipping thresholds have been updated as follows:

  • Zone A/B and Zone C (excluding Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly): Free shipping on orders over £60

  • Zone D (including Isle of Wight and Isle of Scilly): Free shipping on orders over £100

Please note that the applicable zone is determined by the delivery postcode. For full details of which postcodes fall into each DHL zone, please refer to the postcode and zone information provided in the image below.

Dispatch

Our team operates Monday to Thursday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed and completed. During busy periods, processing may take an additional working day.

Once your order has been completed, DHL will contact you directly with your estimated delivery date and options to amend your delivery details. DHL provides real-time tracking for every order. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside of DHL’s control, they will notify you. We are not liable for delays caused by such events. If a substantial delay is likely, you may cancel your order and receive a refund for any products paid for but not yet received.


Order Capacity

The maximum order size is 36 beers. Please note that certain products, such as glasses and apparel, take up more space within a box. If your order exceeds the capacity of one of our 36-beer boxes, you may be asked to adjust the order or split it into multiple shipments.


Brewery Pickup

Orders can also be collected directly from the brewery:

  • Opening hours: Monday – Thursday, 09:00am – 17:00pm BST / 09:00am – 16:30pm DST (subject to availability).

  • Please wait for email confirmation that your order is complete before coming to collect.

  • On arrival, wait at the gates and call the number displayed on the wall. A member of our team will bring your parcel to you.


Responsibility for Products

Responsibility for your order transfers to you once it has been delivered to your address or collected directly from the brewery.


Late Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes provided. However, we cannot accept liability for delays outside of our control.


Incorrect Information

We cannot be held responsible for late delivery or failed delivery if this is due to inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by you.


Your Right to Cancel

If you change your mind after placing an order, you may cancel and request a full refund within 14 days of placing the order. To do so, please email [email protected].

  • Once cancellation has been confirmed, products must be returned to us within 14 days. Returns can be made either by courier or by arranging a return slot at the brewery.

  • Delivery charges and return postage are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Once we receive your returned products, we will confirm receipt and issue a refund to your original payment method.
