With a base of Mosaic to get things really rumbling, this cornerstone hop brings a kaleidoscope of tangerine, blueberry and mango notes, before a wicked cold side addition of in-house favourites Talus and Riwaka bring some complexity and complimentary flavour and aromas to the party – think a fruit salad of intense passionfruit, grapefruit and pomelo offset with pink grapefruit, sage and coconut.
