Small Pale Ales were a regular feature of our first year as a commercial brewery, and with us having come back to the brewery after a particularly merry festive period, we unanimously agreed to revive this dormant style from our Originals range that we loved so much.
A DDH Micro IPA that is bringing absolutely no funny business along with it – pushing the same dry hop g/l as one of our regular IPAs at 13g/l, a bill of Citra BBC, Galaxy, and Cryo Nectaron bring a whole host of those typical Polly’s juice notes to the party, but at a mega crushable 2.5%; perfect for smashing pints of with pals whilst sharing good times.
Expect the usual – clean notes of lemon, pine and grapefruit backed up with super juicy mango, candied oranges, and stone fruits.
