Pink Boots – IPA 6.2%

Back for our third iteration – we’re honoured to once again join in the good cause of the Pink Boots project. After returning to our pale and hoppy roots for the 2022 blend, we’re sticking to our strengths once again for the 2024 edition of this incredible beer. Utilising the annual Yakima Chief Pink Boots blend; of which $3 of every pound sold contributes toward the ongoing mission of the Pink Boots Society to provide educational opportunities to women and non-binary individuals in the alcoholic beverage industry, this blend utilises some familiar favourites in house here at Polly’s in El Dorado and Idaho 7, along with some relative newcomers in HBC 638 and Ahtanum to create an IPA bursting with orange, berry and stonefruit notes, backed up with herbal and slightly peppery edge.
