We’ve done some pretty special combinations when it comes to hops here at Polly’s over the years, but it honestly astounded us that a combination that had evaded us was pairing everyone’s new favourite hype hop Dolcita with one of the most hotly debated hop varieties in Sabro. Never one to do things by halves, our head brewer Joe has brought his usual flourish to drive the hype train, with both hops represented by their classic T90 iterations, but to squeeze every last ounce of flavour out of this beer, we’ve also brought Dolcita in its Prysma form, and Sabro in its Lupomax form to create a pale ale positively dripping with creamy coconut, mango, peach rings, candied pineapple, tangerine and tropical fruits. A certified banger, and a perfect introduction for these incredibly fruit-forward hops to meet eachother for the first time in a Polly’s beer.
