Bringing it back to where it all started was the plan of execution on Krusha. Our Pilot kit is a dead cert god send, and since we took delivery of it in late 2024, it’s been crucial to developing beer styles that have now become second nature at Polly’s – most successfully the Oat Cream beer. Initially brewed on our pilot kit as an IPA for launch weekend at our taproom, this has come full circle with Krusha – our most ambitious pilot brew yet; an oat cream TIPA. Utilising solely Krush hops on both the hot and cold side, this incredible hop, formerly HBC 586, brings a fruit cocktail of flavour to the party – think peaches, mango, guava, berries and pineapple all drizzled with fresh vanilla cream.
