We’re huge fans of nudging up the dry-hop bill on our pale ales here at Polly’s and Just Two Bodies is no means an exception to this rule. A beer first brewed and named for a time that feels so long ago now; when a global pandemic had just decimated our brew plans, and there literally were just two bodies in the brewery maintaining the day to day. Featuring an absolutely huge 20g/l dry hop charge spread across a four way dance of Cascade, Citra, Mosaic and Columbus, this beer packs the huge mouthfeel and body of one of our DIPAs but reeled back to a sensible, sessionable ABV. Expect to find an absolute swag bag full of sweet juicy mango, pineapple and tangerine from the incredible pairing of Citra and Mosaic, rounded off with a grassy, pithy bitterness from Cascade and Columbus.
