Heavy Echo takes two of the absolute cream of the crop when it comes to hop farming from this region of the world – Nelson Sauvin and Nectaron – and smashes them together for a big, bold, brash IPA. Layering these hops is key to unlocking that multi-faceted flavour profile and it’s on full display in this beer. Expect a metric tonne of passionfruit, white grape and spiky gooseberries, with accentuating notes of pineapple, soft peach, and grapefruit.
