Whether we do it intentionally or not, we’ve always had a real thing for hitting the sweet spot on an IPA at the 6.1% mark.
Whether it’s that first ever Citra Simcoe released back in a chilly January 2018 as Loka Polly, all the way up to today with our more modern classics from our repertoire, we’ve always had an incredible ability to nail our IPA game at this strength.
Groovy Tube backs up this theory with gusto – paying homage to those starry eyed dreamers that started this brewing journey with two hop varieties that formed the backbone of our brewery, along with a South Pacific flourish for good measure. Azacca, El Dorado and Vic Secret combine to create a beer that is ultra dank, juicy, hoppy and sweet. Couldn’t be more Polly’s if it tried.

The Mosaic Haze, in particular, was back to its brilliant best – bursting with tropical fruit flavors, a balanced bitterness, and a wonderfully smooth mouthfeel. The rest of the beers in my custom case were equally impressive, showcasing a range of styles and flavors that highlight the brewery’s versatility and commitment to excellence. Polly's Brew Co turned a disappointing experience into an opportunity to reaffirm my faith in their products and their customer care. I am thoroughly impressed and very happy with the quality and taste of the beers I purchased. This experience has only strengthened my appreciation for Polly's Brew Co, and I highly recommend their brews to any beer enthusiast. I always try to support local / small brewers. tried Polly’s on the off chance.great design on the cans and the read up on the beers all sounded great. I bought the large mixed start of summer pack to sample- I think. I was very impressed with the hazy beers. This is a quality product. You won’t be disappointed- think I’m going to order some more. I would love to try one of draft sometime.
Fantastic beers all round I havnt yet tried one I dont like. Pollys definitely in my top 2 of craft ale breweries in the world. A real credit to the brewers they are stunning.
I’ve been drinking Polly’s since the name change and I still haven’t had a bad beer from them yet. The worst have been good and some have been superb. My top 5 beers ever have 2 from Polly’s in! The variety is difficult to keep up with which makes it interesting to try so many new combos. Great job everyone involved.
Excellent pale ales and IPAs. Cloudy, juicy and hoppy as I like them. Customer service is also very good.
I would like to give pollys brewery a 5 star review. their beers are absolutely amazing👍 I also recently made a purchase through their website. I had a few problems with my delivery. They were extremely quick and very helpful in resolving all of the problems. I can't recommend this company enough. Amazing!
You won't find such a wonderful choice of quality IPA's and Pale ales anywhere in the UK- great brewery and my No 1 go too - always
Not only is Polly’s beer the best craft beer I’ve ever sampled (and I’ve tried a lot), the guys are super friendly and helpful. Picked up from the brewery today and as I went to leave my van wouldn’t start. Now, the idea of being trapped at a brewery did appeal, but it’s Christmas time and I had stuff to do. 3 of the team came out to help me, and got me going. Thanks so much guys, cheers!
EXCELLENT customer service. Problem sorted - thanks! I placed an order for some cans of beer for me and some for a friend for Christmas. They arrived promptly - but the box was badly damaged, with holes punched on 2 sides. When I opened the box I found almost half of the cans had been dented - some quite badly. After contacting Polly's and sending pictures of the box / cans they immediately sent replacement cans and one new can for me to try. Well done Polly's and Thank you!!!
2022 and Pollys are on fire, knocking out some massive beers at reasonable ABV's. Great gear.
My go to brewer, in the top three for the IPA/NEIPA brews in the UK, up there with Verdant and Deya. Only gripe is that the brewery isn't closer to home.
Really impressed with how easy the site was to use and also how efficient delivery was. Updates were clear and accurate throughout and beer arrived within a few days.... Oh and its delicious!
Excellent IPAs. Check the website as they change Recipes every week. Not cheap, but they are worth every single penny.
If you like big, juicy, and modern beers (and occasionally something else) look no further than Polly's. New beers all the time, but they sell out fast, so get 'em while you can.

My Son Dan is a regular at this place...he adores their ales. He totally recommends this place to anyone and everyone....and on the odd occasion he has allowed me tbe odd sip they have all been very tasty so I recommend them too. x

Recently ordered from Pollys for the first time. I tried one of their beers at a local micropub a while ago and it was beautiful so I had to try some more. I wasn't disappointed. ordering was easy, delivery was quick, and the beer was superb. ill definitely be ordering again, and hopefully if the pubs ever re-open I can maybe get some on tap again 😁

Excellent beers and you can buy direct from the boys if you drop them a line beforehand. I can't say I've been a fan of all the hoppy and bitter new wave IPAs that are currently en vogue but Loka have nailed producing flavourfull beers with low bitterness. The new "cassie" imperial stout is also a smack in palate - in a good way!
