We’ve said it before, and we’ll say it again – when it comes to the Oat Cream beers that have really resonated with our brewing team and drinkers alike over the last twelve months, the trick to getting this style right is utilising the right hops to accentuate that creaminess and naturally pillowy nature of these incredible beers. Good Mood is a continuation of this trend and we’re bringing the big guns on this pale ale. Hot side Mosaic sets a mellow but balancing undertone of pithy bitterness, before cold side additions of HBC-630, more Mosaic, and a sprinkling of Nelson do the business for an explosion of fruit-forward flavour, accentuated by hand-scraped vanilla to add a creaminess. Expect big notes of tangerine, cherry, raspberry, peach and sweet candied fruits in this all out banger of a pale ale.
