We’ve been massive fans of NZ-106 since we first utilised it in our birthday releases back in January – a massive statement of where we’re at as a brewery to be able to get our hands on experimental varieties from the other side of the world before their general release, we’ve utilised it as the headline hop on Drops of Flora. Joined by country fellows Nectaron and Riwaka, we’ve brought the very best of the South Pacific to this beer, absolutely bursting with a massive punch of passionfruit, guava and mango, backed up with peach and white grape before an underlying dankness rounds things out. Balanced with a little Mosaic Lupomax in the whirlpool to bring some fresh and bright citrus rind bitterness, this is a maxed out, all in IPA.
