Polly’s Social is a brand-new taproom and restaurant that’s hit the ground running. After a hugely successful opening few weeks, we’re looking to grow our kitchen team.
We’re proudly owned by Polly’s Brew Co. – Wales’ highest rated brewery, and we’re an independent, forward-thinking company with big plans for the future expansion of our brand new Polly’s Social entity. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of something fresh, ambitious, and full of potential.
We’re on the hunt for a Chef de Partie to join our dedicated and highly talented brigade. Our food has already exceeded expectations, with glowing reviews — and we need someone who can help us keep those standards sky-high.

– Modern and exciting small plates served in the evenings
– A bold and satisfying Sunday roast menu that’s already become a local favourite
What we’re looking for:
– A passionate chef with a strong work ethic and a level head
– Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen
– A team player with an eye for detail and consistency
– Experience at CDP level (or ready to step up)
